Important Registration Information:

All attendees of conference sessions, including presenters must be registered. At least one listed author on any accepted technical paper must be registered as Regular Registration. For authors with more than one paper, one Regular Registration will cover up to two papers.
Regular Registration includes all events in the conference, breaks, exhibits, lunch and banquet.
Students Registration includes attendance to all paper sessions, professional seminars, breaks, exhibits, lunch and banquet.
All checks, money orders, charges are payable to "CIS-IEEE".
The regular oral presentation papers are allowed 6 pages and poster presentation papers are allowed 4 pages. You can choose to buy up to *two* extra pages for USD 50 per page.
